Ink Me Well

Terms of use

Effective 25 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and SuperDarkCode Labs (Private) Limited, trading as Ink Me Well. Using the app means you accept them. They are written to be read.

The service

Ink Me Well is three things: an Archive of symbols and their histories, a Field Guide to getting and caring for a tattoo, and a marketplace where clients post briefs and licensed artists in Harare answer them. We run the app and handle commitment fees. We do not tattoo anyone: each session is an agreement between the client and the artist.

What the Archive and the Field Guide are

The Archive tells where symbols come from and what they have meant. It is not the last word on any culture, and some symbols carry a note asking you to take care. The Field Guide gives general advice with sources; it is not medical advice. If something about a healing tattoo worries you, see your artist or a doctor.

What you may not do

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the app running and the artists on it licensed, but we cannot promise the app will never fail, and we are not responsible for the tattoo itself, which is between you and your artist. Where the law allows, our responsibility to you for anything that goes wrong is limited to the fees Ink Me Well itself received from you in the three months before it happened.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the app (You → Delete account) or at /account/delete/. Any credit on the account is lost when it is deleted.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Zimbabwe. Talk to us first at support; most things are settled that way. If not, the courts of Zimbabwe decide.

Changes

We will tell you in the app before a change to these terms takes effect. The date at the top is the version in force.
